Transcript Request
To request a transcript from La Salle High School to be sent to the college, university or place of employment of your choice, please fill out the form below. The cost of the transcript is $5.00.
During the school year, transcripts are mailed once a week. Over the summer, transcripts will be processed in the middle and end of the months.
