'64 ends monthly luncheon with fieldtrip

Our premiere Class of '64 Golden Lancers held their regular February luncheon, but this time, they took it to the next level!

After a delicious meal at Shooter’s in Maineville (owned by fellow alumni!), they embarked on a special field trip to visit the incredible Greg Thomas '65 and his legendary car collection.   And let me tell you, it was a sight to behold!

Remember Greg's stunning 1963 Chrysler Imperial that won People's Choice at last year's Golden Lancer Grill Out?   Well, that's just the tip of the iceberg!   Greg graciously opened his doors to reveal his collection of 13 classic cars, ranging from vintage beauties to automotive masterpieces.   Two are proudly displayed in museums, two are tucked away in storage, and nine are right there at his home, ready to dazzle.

Our car-loving Lancers were absolutely thrilled to explore Greg's collection and hear the stories behind each vehicle. It was a truly unforgettable experience, filled with nostalgia and admiration for these timeless treasures.
